I don't post often on the forum, but I am around reading and learning all the time.

I was just wondering if any of your guys have Instagram? I love following other guys and gals that hunt and post hunting and outdoors pictures.

I was wondering if any of you use blinds to hunt coyotes, and if that is even a "thing?"

I haven't been hunting coyotes long, and here in Minnesota, the mosquitoes are terrible in the woods. Even though my skin is covered and I use bug spray (which can't be good for scent) they are just in clouds.

A blind would definitely solve the bug issue, and make it so they can't see what little movement I make. 

I hunt on a friend's land, so I can't just leave it out there. Would me bringing it out on my back to my set up area and popping it up ruin any chance of a successful hunt? Any pointers?

Hey guys,

I am sure there are a few of your out there that use AR style rifles for coyote and other predator hunting. How useful do you think they are for hunting purposes? I have a nice bolt action rifle that I currently use, but a semi-auto AR style gun seems like a great gun to have in the collection and potentially pretty useful out in the field.

What are your thoughts? Are they worth their money for hunting use - or more of a fun "toy" for the range and an occasional hunt?

Hey guys - new to the forum.

Name is Zach, live in Minneapolis, MN. Just started predator hunting within the last month or so. Only been out twice, haven't actually seen any - but had one calling back. Hoping to continue to get my skills in line and start harvesting in the near future.

I have a custom Savage Model 12 in .308. Hoping to maybe add an AR style rifle.
