May and June suck in my neck of the woods for calling.

Mud/ rain and the coyotes don't cooperate.
July is different, the mud drys up and the coyotes come out.
I don't think there is a correlation with the mud thing, I just hate trying to get around in our mud.
The 4th of July we went out and just had a grand old time, killed 6, called 12 and saw a dozen road dogs.
I went out today for a morning hunt home by noon and 200 miles on the truck. No need to gather fur so I was getting trigger time with the new 8 mm rem mag.
I killed 3 called 6 and two road dogs. Every deer had fawns every antelope had Mini me's running behind them Golden eagles and just gobs of hawks. 58* all day slight wind the bugs where a bother, but an outstanding outing...

Like the shooting ,Love the Hunting

Never kick a dead coyote, especially one that ain't dead when your gun is still in the kitchen. Just ask your favorite Yooper what will happen. But if its a bobcat in a 330 coni and you think he's dead,,,,,Think again..

20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs. Now we have no Cash, no Hope and no Jobs. Please God, don't take Kevin Bacon !

That sounds awesome. It was 119° here today.... calling isn't even a thought currently.
