Never kick a dead coyote, especially one that ain't dead when your gun is still in the kitchen. Just ask your favorite Yooper what will happen. But if its a bobcat in a 330 coni and you think he's dead,,,,,Think again..

20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs. Now we have no Cash, no Hope and no Jobs. Please God, don't take Kevin Bacon !

So today I logged on and a pop up window  was in the middle of my screen, it dimmed the PT page in the background.  Would not let me click past it.  At the same time, my security alerted me of malware and a possible attack.  So I just closed my browser, cleared all my stuff and turned up my security and now this website doesn't load half of the sh1t on here.  Some security update...I would ask for my money back.....unless this is the update where malware and bots were added so information can be sold.

So the little malware bug is something that the host website (in this instance, our forum administrators) allows to be on there to generate money, the one in question is a dataminer from amazon.  Go figure.

Yeah.  Same here.  Thought I clicked on something by mistake.  Got around it with no problem, though, but haven't tried to load a pic yet.

Yeah... and let's fix the "edit button " like a normal site where you can't edit your drunken rants the next morning! This crap of not being able to change your post is getting old.

That popup was for an Amazon Pride Day sale. It was reported up as it was causing issues where it would not stop showing when you clicked the option. Not malware, just an overlay.

As for the editing, that is in place to protect the integrity of the site and threads so information cannot be changed or removed after it was posting. The time limit is to allow for spelling corrections.

All I am asking is to be able to edit your own post for 24 hours. Is that going to jeopardise the integrity of the site? I highly doubt it.

You seem to forget who does the posting here. It's our shared knowledge and information that makes the site. 😎
