I asked for more info. Got this.

Ended up being about 260lb field dressed

Hornady 120 SST at approximately 80 yards. Hit spun around and dropped in place. Follow up insurance shot ended it all.

Nice look'in mature bear. Too bad it doesn't have a winter coat on though. Should make a real nice skull mount.

Congrats! Nice bear and rug!! I've always meant to apply for a bear tag, maybe when the little dude gets older.
