nice looking smallies

 

i dont fish very often anymore(seems like every river and lake here has differant regs now)

but when i do i go after smallies with my ultra light

Finally retired and now I am learning how to farm and ranch. Been fun so far.

nah. can't grow big fish f you eat all of em. besides that, the snake river is barely cleaner then sewer sludge .so I wouldn't eat anything out of it . even if I were starving

Sounds like Lake Nelson near my house. The power plant there uses the water for cooling the plant so it never freezes in the winter time. The lake has some great bass fishing though. Even the game and fish department says the next state record bass will come out of Lake Nelson. Can't eat them but great fun for catch and release.


Finally retired and now I am learning how to farm and ranch. Been fun so far.

I know this is a predetor forum but it's just to durn hot to hunt right now. 6:30 a.m.  and it's already 80 degrees
