How do you upload photos to your profile mine isnt working correctly?

Do you mean a profile pic like your avatar? That is done here: http://www.predatortalk.com/profile.php?do=editprofilepic

As far as just uploading random photos, that's not really possible. They have to go with a forum post, blog post in your hunting log, etc.
