Was down in Washington and Idaho a few days ago and stopped in Walmart, you could buy a new 270 with scope,sling etc. for $300.oo and they had 50 rds. of 223 for $20.oo, think it was Remington, anyways I thought they were some good prices if anyone is interested.

They had one there and some other pkgs. put together that were good prices, thought about it later and think it was a winchester but then again!!!!
