Realoading for AR's Question

My experiance reloading for auto's is that a small base die is best used.What do ya'll use?

You do not need small based dies for reloading for an AR. Regular FL sizing dies should be fine unless you have chamber issues with your rifle. Using SB dies will over work your brass on resizing and shorten its life.

Thanks Furhunter, The only auto I load for is my BAR in 7MM Mag. Which needs it because of the close tolerances. I do some reloading in varmint calibers but haven't had a call from an AR shooter. In my bolt actions I just neck size with very little change in the rest of the case.

I use fl resizing for .223. Have had not problem.
I'm trying to think but nothing happens.
