Not sure about hogs from other areas but, our hogs eat darn good.
We take the hams and segment them by muscle group, cut them into
1/2" slices and run them through a tenderizer. Want something great
try frying them up with your favorite seasoning and topping them off
with a little applesauce and cranberries.
