Ive shot a few fox in my day but they've all managed to either run away or I just couldnt find them =\

After work today I decided to head to the deer lease I just acquired through my Uncle and other relatives that are on it. Thankfully I was given permission to predator hunt on the 3,000 acres in between seasons so Ive been hunting it hard and heavy with no luck until tonight. Made my first stand just before dark with no takers so I checked out my deer blind, feeder, and setup the game camera. After getting lost and saying some not so nice words, darkness was upon me so I chose to make a quick stand before heading to the house.
Picked a spot which was around 50 yds from a busy highway (didnt feel to good about that). Start with the Psycho tweety in 3 min intervals and go silent to scan the treeline with nothing showing. Alternate between woodpecker and pup dist. on the FX3 for 5 min each and see nothing. Sit in silence for 2 min and hit the vole squeaks for 10min..... Nothing, so I go crazy on the Psycho and pick up eyes coming in fast and furious right from the direction of the highway (with a lot of traffic). Kept coming closer and closer til I gave the " heyy " Female DRT 10yds w/ 20ga

Thanks for reading, Ive gotta get back out there and do some more callin.
