Whew it was long but informative. If I were a rancher I would shoot them on sight and instantly bury it. The only ones Id let go would be the collared ones.

That is a frightening film straight from the mouths of the real people that are effected by wolves, the young man who produced it did a fantastic job. Brian thank you for sharing it. We should all if possible take an hour out of just one day to watch this.

I agree, it is long but to me it was well worth the watch. Just like hearing things are such and such way from those who want you to see it thier way for thier agenda, this shows you the truth and what is actually going on.

Honestly I am surprised more guy have not watched and commented on it.

Wow! What a documentary! I'd like to see him get an Oscar. No...wait. Strike that. How silly. He mentioned God, the Bible, Judeo-Christian Ethic. Yea, forget the Oscar. But, it sure was nice to hear a perspective so well grounded in history, local impact, present known politic strife with the reminder of the philosphical differences between the two sides. Beware of the scientists who try to suggest your morality.
I'll refrain from preaching, but I'll just simply state I do believe man was created in the image of God and given dominion over the fish, fowl and creeping things. I also believe the Creator's name is Jesus Christ. The fact is our country and laws are based in the Judeo-Christian Ethic and English Common Law. I reckon they can't teach that no more in school.
On an every day note, I sincerely enjoy the welcome I get when I knock on a farmer's door and ask to shoot predators.
Hat's off to this young man. Well done. Sure it will never get much press. ...Too revealing. ...On a Call, thanks for the link. I'm going to have my wife and children watch it. RS, NattyB1

Watched it again, in a nutshell; hunters need to shoot them without regard to "laws" set to protect them. Its past the point of waiting to see if the wildlife numbers can recuperate. They wont by the time the dust settles, if I lived where wolves were, there would be some serious shooting going on. I would EXCLUSIVELY hunt them year round. I NEVER obey a "law" in place if I know its wrong. And I dont wait for it to be settled in court. I'd rather go to court for breaking the law in hopes of bringing to light the disparaging views from the "huggers" and reveal to the truly unknowing and setting precedence in court by winning--its the quickest way into the mainstream view and actions afterwards. Call me a renegade or whatever, Im a sovereign citizen and usurpation in ANY of its forms will not be tolerated by or abided by me or mine period. And the second amendment IS embodied by such as this PERIOD no matter how you slice it. Pisses me off to no end.

This movie is fantastic. I can vouch for everything that is said in that movie. My mom was originally from Idaho and my grandfather (her father) is a life long idaho resident and an avid hunter and fisherman. we moved back here when i was 10. i have been in Idaho for 19 years and i am right in the heart of the wolf recovery disaster. I can tell you that it is worse than anything you can Imagine. there are no elk. there are no moose. the only good deer hunting you will see is on farm land. you only find coyotes where they have not been. one more thing i would like to add another women here in idaho who happens to be an avid hunting guide was attacked by a wolf this last september. she shot it in the face with a 44 mag at point blank range as it slipped in on her for an ambush. i have also heard more horror stories of the wolves getting more and more aggressive from locals. stories such as them being pinned in their house for 2 days, their dogs being torn apart, etc.

CHOOT EM then worry about being politically correct or "legal"--oh BURY them too right there! Be like Alice Cooper used to sing---ok everybody--in unison sing--"No more Mr. Nice Guy"----If I ever go hunting where wolves are, a military style shovel (entrenching) is going to be strapped to my side. ps..thx SB--between you and swamp people (Troy) I got a new word LOL

Even though we all hear and read about what is going on in these northern states that now have massive wolf population I for one really don't know what it is like to live along side these animals and the seemingly endless destruction that they are causing to the ecosystem around them.

Consider your self lucky and hope that it doesnt happen to any of you. honestly it is hard. It feels like we are screaming for help while we are drowning and we are purposely being ignored. nobody is doing anything about it because we dont have the funding on our side to catch peoples attentions. the whole situation is living breathing proof of how corrupt and unjust the american judicial system is. Groups of people blatantly breaking laws and the people who are suppose to enforce the laws just turn their heads because their pockets are being lined. it really does give me a sickening feeling in my stomach to think about it. Who would of thought our lifes could so easily be effected by somebody who lives thousands of miles away and really have nothing to do with where we live? Im glad that somebody in New York or L.A. can make decisions that effect mine and my families lively hood. Some day im going to have to tell stories to my children and grand children of what hunting was like because they wont be able to enjoy it.

sorry had to vent guys.

Yup good movie, watched it a few time over the last couple months.

On a side note. If you are on facebook check this page out. It's alot of the people living in the areas out west talking about it. That is when the anti's get off it long enough. Witch by the way reading the anti's posts really helps you get in the mind of them and they are crazy besides being rude, vile and hatefull.
